What was funded: Printing Materials Participants: Ellendale Elementary’s Photography Club Students Project Coordinator: Amanda Galbraith

The students met in photography club before school on Monday mornings to learn about photography and to take photos. Younger students collaborated with older students to take and edit their photos, and everyone was able to select photos to be printed.

The photos were displayed at Family Art Night, which was attended by over 300 people, and again at the Bartlett City Schools District Art Show, which was attended by over 1,500 people. The photos were also featured in the yearbook, which was purchased by 200 families.

 

Tennessee Arts Specialty License Plates provide funding for RiverArtsFest.
