RiverArtsFest funds BFA and MFA merit scholarships that are given at 5 local colleges and universities: University of Memphis, Memphis College of Art, LeMoyne-Owen College, Rhodes College and Christian Brothers University. This scholarship program is chaired by Chuck Mitchell.
